Write a KB Article Workshop

for groups (up to 10 participants)

This workshop is for anyone who wants to share their knowledge in writing. The goal is for professionals to document their expertise into a guide or process description.

Deliverables

By the end of this workshop each participant will start their article according to a chosen content flow and draw an illustration.

The finished acticles are then ready to be uploaded to a Learning Management System (LMS) or be used as blog posts to share with professional communities.

Workflow

3 sessions will guide us on how to pick what to write about, define a good title and structure and add the content according to the topic selected by the participant. After each session we will follow a writing exercise and share our work with the group.
